FRANKLIN ELECTRIC
This is an old USA company, named in honour of the famous scientist Benjamin Franklin. Franklin Electric was the original developer and manufacturer of the modern-day submersible electric motor, with its wingdings sealed in a resin. In more recent times, the company bought out another famous American company Taccuzzi and commenced manufacture of its current very wide range of pumps. Naturally, their own submersible electric motors are used on the submersible range and their centrifugals are principally of stainless steel construction, with a number of international manufacturing plants including Mexico, Italy and the USA. They also produce a range of solar-powered submersible bore pumps, in both centrifugal and helical rotor types. The Australian headquarter is in Melbourne with ample stocks held in the Brisbane warehouse from which we draw our supplies.
ORANGE PUMPS
Another excellent choice of pumps. Formed in 1996 by the Davey family, a long-lasting name in the pump industry. They strive to build reliable, efficient, high performing and cost competitive water pump products. They carry a good range of, from domestic to farm and irrigation pumps, including solar submersible pumps and solar above ground pumps.
LORENTZ PUMPS
This German manufacturer was established in 1994 expressly to manufacture solely solar powered pumps. Lorentz makes all their own components in-house, which gives them total quality control. Every unit is bench-tested prior to despatch, and the result is extremely good quality, and reliability, with world-side distribution. Lorentz is very selective in appointing distributors as well, with regular distributor courses, and constant updates to match their on-going technical developments and product upgrades. We are very proud to have been appointed the sole Warwick distributor of this excellent product range. The Australian distributor holds ample stocks at all times at its Adelaide headquarters, so there are no delays in supply.
ROTO PUMPS
This is an Indian company specialising in helical rotor surface pumps. With Australia headquarters in Melbourne, where ample stocks are held, we have never experiences a supply problem. Roto pumps are extremely efficient and simple pumps, having only one moving part and no valves. They develop high pressure at any speed and will pump at very low speeds. They are especially useful for long-distance pipelines, high suction lifts, and will handle sand and other abrasives in suspension relatively well.
